What Consumers Dislike About Mobile Email

What consumers dislike about mobile email is that they receive a lot of messages, based on findings from Liveclicker and the Relevance Team.

A questionnaire of more than 1,000 United States consumers stated that  44 % of those consumers say they get way too many e-mails on their cell phones and 37 % of consumers state several of the messages they get are unimportant.

Various other aversions with e-mails sent to cell phones consist of the following: Messages are hard to read and engage with (32 % do not like); trouble viewing complete web pages on devices after clicking throughout page (26 %); and messages are typically jumbled/not well-formatted for cell phones (21%).

Some 18 % of participants claim they have no issues with their mobile e-mail experience.

Generally, almost three-quarters of participants (73 %) claim they utilize their cell phones to gain access to several e-mail accounts.

There is considerable variant being used by age, with 93 % of 33-38-year-olds stating they utilize their cell phones to gain access to e-mail, compared to 21 % of those age 81 and older.

Regarding the study: The record was based upon information from a study of greater than 1,000 United States customers.
